CA. Vivek Garg

CA. Vivek Garg, fellow member of ICAI, has also qualified DISA and a certified Concurrent Auditor of ICAI. He is the founding partner of the firm. He has good experience of practice in the field of consultancy in Direct Taxes, Audits and handling corporate affairs in different areas. A straight forward person, client satisfaction is his top priority. He is very hardworking and dynamic professional with zest for excellence and possesses more than ten years experience in direct taxation. His areas of specialization are Direct Tax, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Bank Audit and representation service before various Income Tax Authorities.

CA. Ela Garg

CA. Ela Garg, fellow member of ICAI, qualified Chartered Accountancy in Jan’2012. She has her special forte in indirect taxation especially in the areas of Service Tax & PAN India VAT (now Goods and Services Tax) & provides consultancy on matters relating to it. She has successfully represented clients in front of various tax authorities in examinations and appeals.

She is elected as the youngest Executive Member of India's largest Sales Tax Bar Association in 2021

She is an active member Delhi Sales Tax Bar Association since 2012 and a regular visitor of VAT Tribunal and other authorities. Her ability to complete the work in the least time frame grants the organization gratitude from clients.

She has wide experience in setting up internal controls for the organisations having multiple offices at different locations.
